Scope:

A building that aligns with the Community vision for a new, world-class library space. Our
proposal provides 18,500 SF of program space for the new West End Library in a breathtaking design with a transparent entry that makes the building visible, welcoming, and accessible and reflects the neighborhood’s character.
A project that aligns with the community vision of rental housing above the library with the
addition of 180 units of mixed-income housing, including 80% affordable housing units in a range of
unit sizes to support the community vision for both senior housing, including 43% studios and
1BR units, and family-oriented housing including 57% 2BR and 3BR units.
