Scope:

The proposed development aims at developing the parcels located on all three parcels located on Geneva Ave. (241, 268 & 278 Geneva Avenue) and the one parcel on 1 MacNeil Way. The programming of these four parcels contemplates four different structures with a total of 20 units, all geared at providing quality opportunities for first-time home buyers and their families.
